General Question about Comp Test

Hello everybody,
let's imagine I made a comp test[DIVX5], and I have 100%
Can I do a single pass, quality-based @ quant 2
And get the size expected???

Because If I guess right what Comp Test Means, With 100% of a comp test, The 2-Pass Avi File and The quality File Quant@2 Must be very near (Size and Quality) doesn't it?
