Help with ripped Stallone " DayLight ", error "disc not played in this region"

I'm trying to backup this film with steps below, yet no luck. It just not play on any of my PC and standalone home appliances.
1. DVD Decrypter 3140 default setting --> File Mode --> Select All.
2. After ripping all files to HDD, I use IfoEdit 0.95 DVD Play and it
gave me something as "This DVD is not played in this region".
3. I also tried ISO Read then ISO Write, the burned DVD-R showed the
same error and not play the disc by both PowerDVD and IfoEdit DVD
Player. This 114-minute film is within 4.6GB single-layer DVD-5.
4. I also tried SmartRipper 2.41 (default setting), still same error.
5. I'm running Windows XP default ASPI. I also tried ASPI 4.61 and
4.7.1 and 4.7.2 with same error.
6. I also tried DVD Decrypter Tools --> IFO --> Region Patch and also
the IfoEdit Region Free and Save to all IFO and BUPs in the ripped
HDD folder. Both told me Region patched successfully.
Then I check the below:
1.The DVD Decrypter Mode --> ISO --> Read showing
Label: DAYLIGHT234
Region: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
Copyright Protection System Type: CSS/CPPM
2. Both Drive Region Info V2.2 and Alcohol 120% V140-114 CD/DVD
Device Manager show my Lite-On 163D GHR7 RPC-1 no region code limitation.
3. Cyberlink PowerDVD XP 4.00.1912 Configuration --> Information showing Player Information:
Player Region Code: 3
Title Region Code: 2,3,4
4. The DVD Decrypter IFO --> Region Information show
Before ripping, the pressed film DVD-ROM as
IFO is Region: 2,3,4
RCE Protection: Yes and
After ripping, either by DVD Decrypter or SmartRipper, in the HDD
IFO is Region: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
RCE Protection: No
5. This film is the only single-layer DVD-5 with such error after my
successful 60 films more ripping and backup. The only difference
compared to other single-layer film is that this one has the
CSS/CPPM protection. I also re-ripping the former single-layer
film, the other one still ripped and played normally on my current
PC just they don't have the CSS/CPPM. Two-layer films with CSS/CPPM
still works fine.

Anyone has ever backuped such kind of film, single-layer but with CSS/CPPM ? Any solution or suggestion for me to try next ?

I had this problem with a Hitchcock DVD.
Only way round it was to copy the .IFO files from the DVD in explorer over the ones that you ripped via DVD Decrpter.

Then load the IFO's up in IFOEdit and remove region protection.
Select the correct region for the RCE encoding and you'll find that once you have done this with all the IFO's that your copy will work 100%.

I tried your suggestion, still same error.
1. Open all ifo file by IfoEdit 0.95 --> Region Free --> Choose one region --> Save --> DVD Play. I tried total 8 times for each region,
the players, IfoEdit, PowerDVD, or WinDVD 4.x just keep telling me the
encoding of this disc won't play in this region.
2. The pressed film DVD-ROM just played normally without any error by any player.
3. Single VOB file play from the ripped folder is fine, but just no subtitle.
4. I also tried copying two VOBs into another folder and use IfoEdit to create Ifo files, the created disc runs also normally without error.
5. Also tried on another PC, same error.
So, I think the ripped VOB files are O.K., just something wrong with the ripped ifo and bup files.

Has anyone actually ripped this film with success ?
Any more suggestion for me to try ?
