ReMpeg problems

Hi

I have a problem, when I transcode Bad Company R2 using ReMpeg 1.5.2.
First everything looks good, but after a while, a couple of chapters in the movie the picture becomes real bad. The picture starts to flicker and are quite poor, then its perect again for a while, then bad again. I´ve tried with a scalefactor of 68% and 89%, the same. This is the first movie I transcoded with this problem, have done several movies before with even a lower scalefactor, about 60%, without this problem.

Made a back-up of Mystery Alaska and everything looks great until all the credits are finished and then the picture begins to look Interlaced. Thought Nero may have caused the problem but went back and played the individual VOB files on Power DVD XP and the same results. First used DVDDeCRYPTER for the rip and then Smart Ripper with the same results. Used IfoEdit to author/re-mux like I have many times in the past. After the credits are done on the intro picture stays with the interlaced look and never comes back..Might add that I downloaded the trial version of DVD2ONE and encoded the same movie (1st 30 min) and it played perfect, sharp and clear and said would have re-encoded the whole movie (1:58:--) in 17 min on a 1.4 GHz AMD RAID.
Can anyone give me an idea. Has to be in the rip process but haven't changed the settings from what I always use for Movie Only
