I've been using ReelDVD for a couple years. I have the opportunity to use Scenarist to add the finishing touches to my ReelDVD projects. I am able to get the script to export Reel and import to Scenarist. I've learned to set auto buttons and some rather simple command buttons. After that, I have a question.
ReelDVD doesn't support individual track times to display on dvd players. You get total count up time and total count down time. Since I main work on live music video material, I can't figure out how to get the individual track count up time and count down time to display. Is it how I'm setting up my projects?
My main video is one track in ReelDVD using chapter points to create the start id's to the individual tracks. The sound is in Dolby Digital 2.0 and sometimes 5.1 formats in addition. Do I need to break up each "track" as an individual file to get it to show the individual track times? Or am I missing a simple setting in Scenarist? Or is this a problem associated with using ReelDVD as the pre-authoring package that would be eliminated if I just used Scenarist from the very start?
