Hi All,
I will be capturing a VHS source via a DV camcorder. I want to capture with 352x576 resolution, since this promises to save extra bits for subsequent compression. I read somewhere that DV camcorders normally force you to use full D1, i.e. 704x576. Is there a capturing software, which would be able to downsize the data when capturing?
