:readfaq:, last question (the VirtualDub FAQ, not the VirtualDubMod one). Also please keep rule 1 of the forum rules in mind.

Your FAQ sat more questions then answers I need a help in capturing Virtual dab
I advise you mister Belgabor to reread your FAQ yourself and if you don’t have time do not answer at all I hope somebody who is not as busy as you is going to give me the decent answer to my question.
I think forums are created for people to help each other, but not to post useless insinuations.
Thank you for everybody who has time to help.

I am absolutly agee with Mr. poiuytrewq. I have read all FAQ's
and forums about VirtualDub. I still do not know how to capture, because I am getting Error 418 "Capture device not found".
I use Dazzle DV.now AV capture card. It captures with resolution
of 720 X 480. When I capture my VCR tapes with this resolution I get
wery big files. I waste space because I can not change resolution
to smaller in Premier 6,0. That is why I desided to try VDub.
Mr. Belgador one personal question for you.
IF YOU ARE SO WISE, WHY YOU DO NOT FLY ?

Ok guys keep your calm. I let slip the rule 1 violation, but now you're starting to break rules by the lot.
In the FAQ its stated that there is currently no solution for WinXP
There is a entire capture forum where you could have looked for information (eg the FAQ, Q14 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32575))
It's even mentioned in the original docs (http://www.virtualdub.org/docs_capture)
thread closed.
