45min...then glitch's. Everytime with divx5

I play a movie. When it hits EXACTLY 45min mark the file start's to glitch. Movie stutters stops, audio stutters stops.

I read to turn off Smooth playback ...i tried that no help.

I have played with ALL codec options that would seem liable for the problem and no luck.

In one instance, I encoded "Breakfast at Tiffany's", on playback it glitched up at 45minutes. So i stoped the file and restarted it at the 45min mark. Now when it got to the 90min mark, instead of doing the usual glitch, it hardlocked my win2000 system.

May sound strange, but back off your memory timings in you Bios. I have found that my home machine was completly stable @133Mhz cas 2-2-2, but as soon as i tryed to encode some Divx, it would crash or stop part way through. Backing down to 126@ cas 2-2-2 or 133@cas 3-3-3 fixed it.
