Matrix - full features

Anyone been able to successfully split The Matrix into 2 DVD-R's WITH ALL THE EXTRAS? If so, please let me know how, as I have tried this every which way, including "Remove seamless branching" (chose program chain group #1)in IfoEdit.

The split point was Chapter 15, Page 15, Cell 35, which allowed me to put all the extras on disk 1. Disk 2 just has the rest of the movie. Both have the "_0.xxx" files in them.

The first disk starts up fine and plays to the end. The second doesn't. When I play the second disk's VIDEO_TS using IfoEdit's DVD player, it says "Illegal navigation error" then stops. I changed the Pre Command to "Jump to title" trying both title 1 and 2 with the same end result.

I know I can do just the movie, but this has become somewhat of a challenge including all of the feature stuff.

Appreciate any input...

But as opposed to what you did, I actually got most of the movie on dvd # 1 and all the features on dvd #2.
DVD # 1 is 3.8 GB
DVD # 2 is 3.2 GB
I splitted the movie on chapter 25 and all the rest of the film falls onto dvd # 2.
I Used ifoedit 0.94
I wish I can remember more info but this is just out of the top of my head.
I didnt used "Remove seamless branching" .
Remember to avoid coaster try first on a dvd-rw, this movie is fully tested on several DVD players and the PS2.

Many thanks! I'll try this. Quick question - were you able to get the menu feature and the lead-in to that?

Yes, I was able to keep all the menus.
