Hi,
I'm converting DV-movie in Premiere 5.5 with CCE 2.66.01.01-plugin into SVCD.
Source is Interlaced 25fps PAL.
My problem is that when I'm converting it looks ok (but streched) on my comp. I burn it with Nero into a SVCD and it burns ok, when I watch the home-movie on my tv it plays jerky on the upper side, the bottom is very smooth and ok. Now I've tried sooo much settings in CCE and nothing seems to work. I also tried ReStream-program to flip field-order and it did change something, now it's jerking off on the bottom-side of the screen and upper side is ok.
What to do next?
