Hello!

I'm looking for a tool to "simply" demux a mpg file so I get audio and video in separate files.

The only solution I've seen so far is to open it in VirtualDub(Mod) and save as .wav... But there must be some other way to attack it so that the audio is retained in the same format as it was in the mpg original file, or am I far out here?

Anders.

You can demux with tmpeg, which have a very simple utils: MPEG TOOLS.
