IFO edit authoring problem, total bitrate too high :(

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem authoring my encode of the silence of the lambs dvd which I encoded using the CCE encode tutorial on Doom9.

Here (http://www.craigweb-media.co.uk/odd.gif) is a screenshot I get when trying to put all the streams together in IFO edit.

There is only one audio stream in the movie so does anyone have any ideas whats wrong?
