Yes, the player was released to public by today afternoon, marked as RC1 ( Release Candidate 1 ). Not all of the bugs are resolved 100%, but the player is very stable and coming with a lof of beautiful features ... you'll see for yourself :) !!

First of all, thank you for releasing your player. It was long waited.

Hopefully, it's a release candidate, I thought it was the final one, and since I found almost immediately a bug, I was a little disappointed. I already made the bugreport ( problem with switching multiple audio stream in avi ). But it's nice being able - at last - to put our hands on this so waited player.

It's good having subtitle and ogm support in the same player. But why are you using the oggsubtitle filter to render ogm subs ? Can't you use your own internal engine, since it produces antialiased subs ? ( In fact, I just got the TCMP 5 minutes ago, perhaps I missed something )
