hi,
im trying to convert a svcd to -dvdr and have been for over a week now. I was very happy to find your help guide http://www.doom9.org/mpg/svcd2dvdr.htm and upto now have found it to be very helpful for which i am very grateful. however i have come across a paragraph which i do not understand, in step 3 at the very bottom you have a paragraph saying "theres one more thing not to be forgotten:after compiling your project,you will have to start dvdpatcher again,load the first vob file (this is where my query begins, my svcd mpeg file has been converted to a .m2v file,where do i have a vob file as i do not have an original dvd) and reset the horizontal size to 480.Repeat this for every vob file. DO NOT forget to do this.
I also have a ntsc svcd rather than a pal, so i have left the vertical size as x480 (ntsc) is this correct or if i had changed it to x576 (pal) would it have converted it to pal.
