chapter and "how long played" function problem

I have a problem with DVD2SVCD.
Etiher I use the "chapter" function, > Means that i can change chapter during the movie.
Or i choose to see for how long i played the movie in the DVD Display.
I wont both of this options >> I wont to be able to choose chapter and see for how long i played the movie. Like a real DVD.

Is that posible?

It's called PBC function and most DVD players it's one or the other, not both.
With PBC on chapters work time does not.
With PBC off vice versa.
