whats the fastest way i can make a svcd with CCE? i have a mpeg2 file i would like to transcode.
i do this now. is there a better way?
1.) create a tmpgenc project file .tpr from .mpg
2.) create frameserving .avi with VFAPIConv-EN.exe from .tpr file
3.) open .avi with CCE and encode as a SVCD.
is there a better faster way to do this? (i don't want to demux/multiplex, that messes up my audio video sync, my mpeg2 files are extracted from a tivo, they are kinda picky).
is there a plugin for avisynth to open mpg2 files with audio with out remuxing or somthing?
