How to change framrate?

I have 30 svcd files in pal format, but ove of them is somehow fucked up, and the framrate is 29.97. All the others works perfect. The audio is also not synced in that file, but i guess that has something to do with the wrong framrate.

What would be the easy way to change the framerate back to 25 for the video, without losing to much quality.

You'll have to re-encode the file if you want it at 25fps. Quality will suffer so it might not be worth it.

I'll have to encode it anyway in the end, since im making at dvd out of it.

Hov do i get cinemacraft to output at 25 fps from a 29.97 source?
