DIVX 2 pass never pass

hello ,

I got a PIV 1.6 ghz , i have never been able to get any divx5.02 pro ,2 pass encoding done in virtual , file comes out to be so much underszied and never plays

Is my comp slow or there is somethign wrong ?

Sounds like you are not doing 2 passes. First select the 2-pass 1st pass and let it encode to analyse your video. The select 2-pass 2nd pass and dlet it encode to actually create a playable video.
