DiVx to DVD problem PLEASE HELP!

I want to convert a DIVX into DVD format using CCE. But here on one of DOOM9 forum´s someone told me that before using CCE i had to do something using Avisynth. Can anyone tell me what please.

I have a film in Divx and i want to convert it into DVD format and then burn it. In the Divx forum it was told that that it is possible and i could use TMpeg to do so. Then i asked if i could use CCE and they said YES... but i had to do something with avisynth before encoding in CCE. can u tell me what?
