Hi,
I cannot get 5.1 surround sound when playing back my DivX files. I tried both muxing with MP3 audio (using ProLogic 2 from the software player to get 5.1 from MP3) and muxing in the 5.1 AC3 audio file in to the DivX video file. I do not get 5.1 sound for both resulting DivX files when playing back. I tried using PowerDVD XP and WinDVD Platinum but only get 2 channel stereo sound. I double checked all my audio settings and made sure Dolby ProLogic 2 is on and my speakers are set on 5.1. (I do get 5.1 surround sound playing back DVDs and SVCDs) Any suggestions?
