Simple divx?

I´ve been doing my movies with simple divx but now i´m having a problem with spiderman.
I encoded spiderman on simpledivx (with 29.97fps)and the movie lenght insted of be 2h1m (like on Flask mpg) turns on 1h37m. So the movie plays too fast.What it is the problem on SimpleDivx

( I know that the movie has to be on 29.97fps becouse with flask mpg i use 29.97fps and when i merge the sound with the video it works, differently when i use 23fps)

Seems like you have managed to both IVTC and keep 29.97fps. If you have a correct length audio file somewhere you can mux the fast video with the normal audio and at the same time set the correct framerate with VirtualDub/VirtualDubMod. VD has an option in the video menu called 'Frame Rate'. When you select this you can set the desired framerate if you select 'Change to [fps] frames per second'. If you set it to 23.976 everything should be alright.
