Maestro: Menus with looping Video

Hi All.

I created a main menu in Maestro with a looping video.

The video is approx. 59secs long and the loop and button highlight is set from 34th second till the end.
The first 34 seconds belong to an intro which should be played only once.

So good so far. But anytime I jump from a submenu or the main move back to the main menu the video plays from the beginning.

So I have to wait 34s everytime before I can select any button. :(

Is it possible to make a jump back to the main menu directly where the loop area begins without playing the first 34 seconds of the video again ?
Maestro creates two cell ids for this menue, so I don't understand why there isn't any option to jump into the 2nd cell id of the main menu while authoring the dvd in maestro and setting the button destinations to the main menu.

Can anybody help please ?

This issue has been addresed before in a couple of threads. Search and u will find the various solution to deal with this problem. I used loop menu as an argument and ended up with 2 pages of results.

However I find interesting that Maestro actually creates 2 cells for this kind of menu. Personally I don't know how I can fix this problem in menu mode. However in movie mode u can create a chapter point where u want the 2nd entry point and by using buttons over video u r done.

Menus not in menus but in movies can be used if u want multiple videos and/or audios to be played randonmly for a certain menu.

I'm familiar to the search function, but it didn't give me the desired results. ;)
I don't want to use button over video because of the resume-problem.
And in case of too low disc-space, I can't make a 2nd menu with the loop only. I transcoded evrything to the minimum acceptable quality and cant get lower to get more disc space...

If its not possible to make this in maestro, perhaps its possible to edit the ifos with ifoedit to make a jump from the subs menus to the 2nd cell of the main menu instead of the 1st cell , but I dont know how...:rolleyes:
