creating dvd image from TS_Video on hardd drive?

I am wondering what software will allow me to make an DVD image file not just from a DVD, but from extracted TS_Video files. Example.. I extract a movie with dvd dectrypter, and remove menus, subtitles etc. Now I want to create and burn from an image, not directly from the TS_Video directory. Any apps out that can do this. I have not seen any.

I think imgtool do what u want. Verson .89 will mount the folder as a virtual dvd-rom. Verson .99 will also burn it
