How to create the most simple menu???

I am trying to rip the Futurama Seasons 1&2. On most of the DVDs there are 5 Episodes each, so I use IfoEdit to strip the languages I don't want and so on. Now I have those VTS_01_XX.VOB. They include the 5 episodes with 5 chapters each. That are 25 chapters at all. But is it possible to create a simple menu with only a background immage, maybe music and links to the 1., the 6., ... Chapter to get each Episode directly?

Or is it possible to delete chapter information, so that each Episode only has one chapter?
