Hello:

I can convert the dvd to SVCD using DVD2SVCD v1.1.0 bundle C starting with DVD's or ripped files which has IFO. There is one movie with no IFO file but i have all the VOB files. Please let me know the method to convert the VOB files to SVCD / can we use DVD2SVCD v1.1.0 bundle C.

A search for IFO would have found the answer.
You can use any IFO from any DVD that has the same properties as the VOB files you are trying to convert.

or

You could simply recreate the IFO with IFOedit.
