I have a winTV card and before I reformated I had the btwincap drivers working. After the reinstall, everytime I reboot and open a amcap, my system hangs (actually any program that access the wintv card.) I noticed that just after I install the drivers without rebooting, everything runs fine. Do anyone know what the problem may be? I think it is winXP overwriting the new drivers.

winXP
AMD Althon 650 classic

make sure to config right the bt installer (on advanced window disable the listo of autodetect options - put in no)

look in the device manager and see if has more devices than conexant bt capture and the conex audio capture (shoud not have crossbar or tunner devices) and sometimes bios options can cause this too (on my system "I/O TIMING on - MAKE MY SYSTEM CRASH)
also try anothes ds appz... like windvr, iuvcr... the amcap from btwincap somtimes not work for me
