Extracting Menus

I am trying to extract menus from the 0 VOB file to use in Maestro. Some of them are a simple JPG picture with no movement. How do you pull these out?? I know how to pull out a moving menu with DVD2AVI but not a picture. Any ideas?

I use Vobrator to demux the menu VOB(s).
This way I have ALL the menus in mpv format and the AC3s to match them.
Using Subrip, I get the subpictures.
The 1-frame mpv's cannot be used as they are. I throw them into Maestro's timeline, use the chapter point's edit marker function "save as bitmap" to ...save as bitmap.
They work ok for static menus.
