strange problem with d2s and cce 2.62

i have tried to use cce 2.62 becouse a friend show me very good results with it.
i used dvd2svcd with the safe mode and matrix "cce 2.62 CG", and during the conversion with the cce 2.62, when it was doing the .ecl file, i got this problem:

cce enconding failed: CBR VBV ovf frame# 6277 (01:04:11:02) P 6960(1.0) max 6762.82(1.0) rel 197.18.1.03 qsv 62.00->62.00

anyone can help me with this problem???? as i have seen you can get excellent results with cartoon movies using the cce 2.62, 5passes VBR and cce 2.2 CG matrix.

Also, is there a specific reason you have to use 2.62? I highly doubt any person with normal vision can find a difference (for better or worse) between it and 2.5, and 2.5 has alot less compatibility issues with D2S.
