First off, i have backed up numerous dvd's, so I am not a complete newbie. I used dvd decrypter ,ifoedit, nero 5.5.10. My standalone player plays both dvdr/dvd-rw's. I just attempted to author my own home movies. It works perfect on the computer (both -r and -rw) but starts to read on the machine then stops and says "No Play". I used Scenarist, with one movie set as a menu on a loop, and 4 other small movies (all are linked off the vts title that is created when the program starts. The navigation seems fine when I go over it in the layout window. Even, when it plays in the computer dvd rom drive, it seems to take a couple of seconds longer to start.
I have tried to burn it in nero as a dvd video, as an image (with imgtool), in Record Now as well. I have tried loading it into ifoedit and hitting "get sectors" before I burn, still nothing Always the same thing. Is there anyone out there with advice, because I really have got to get some sleep soon. Does anyone know of some good scenarst guides (besides doom9).
Finally, I am using a pioneer dvd A05 with verbatim disc (never had a problem with them before)
