Howdy,

I have followed the directions to the T but when I attempt to import the mp2 audio file into several DVD authoring apps it tells me the file is not supported. I use besweet to make the conversion but i will not accept the file. The file properties show it to be a 192 kbps 48000 Hz. mp2 file.

Any suggestions?!

Hello!

I think, cou have chosen the wrong forum:).
To your question: Do you have tried to follow the guides (for example this one (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/svcd2dvdr.htm))? If not, please do so ;).

greets, winxi

even tho this is the wrong forum...

what authoring program are you using?

try renaming the mp2 file to mpa.

if you're using spruceup you might need to delete any .pra files you might have laying around.

Renaming it did work but now it looks like its the video. I did follow the doom9 guide and I used DVDpatcher to change the video resolution. I tried renaming the video as well but none of the authoring apps will import it.

you still didn't say what authoring prog you're using..also, for the video file are you importing a video/audio file and then another audio file? or is your video file, strictly video?
