You can't find the url of iuVCR? Go to google, type in iuVCR, it's the first one.
Download the trial, and read the help file. The help file is very clear and explains every option of iuVCR. I doubt there is a guide because the program is just too easy to use!

No, I don't know of any guides.
All I can do is give my personal settings which seem to work well with Win2k, MSI TV@nywhere, SBLive.
Audio tab:
Mixer input: line in
Format : PCM
Attributes: 48000 kHz, 16 Bit, stereo, 187kb/sec
Options tab:
AVI MUX settings:
Disable screen saver : checked
Master Stream: Audio
Sync:
Short audio samples.
When your capture is finished, iuVCR will tell you the video delay in ms. (For me it's ususally between 40-90 ms.)
When you are encoding your audio (I use besweet) just add that number as the delay, or you can do it when you mux to AVI or OGM or MPEG-2. Wherever there is a setting for delay, that's where the number goes.
If you are having massive sync problems, try VirtualVCR. It's free, and has sophisticated ways to keep your AV in sync.
Hope this helps,
