DVD Movies from "somewhere else"

I live in Fennville, Michigan, but it would be nice to get DVD movies in German or have at least German with English sub titles, for my learing German language. Is there any place to buy DVD movies which are in German, or other languages? Odd question, huh? Figured best to post it here as really doesnt' fit into other categories.

Amazon.de (http://www.amazon.de) is doing international shipping. Costs 13.00 EUR base + 2.50 each DVD... the stupid thing is that this is more than shipping from Amazon.com to Germany :p.

just ask around in the neighborhood. many americans visit germany, so with these enormous shipping prices at amazon.de (which are pretty much for sure the cheapest anyway) it would be worth the effort to just ask somebodyto import them for you on his/her holiday. (of course there are some legal issues here, but i'm not informed about them and if you do bot resell them in the Us this is probably not too much of a problem)
what you also have to consider before buying any is that almost all german DVDs have RPC 2 encoding so you'll most likely need a regionfree dvd player.

Amazon.com among other places should have them all.

@manono, ok that's true, i believe taht all german productions which are available in the US should have the german soundtrack, the same as we always get the english one over here.
i was talking about american movie's though. i doubt you'll get any hollywood production with german audio.

killingspree is right. I'm not looking for "German" movies, but rather hollywood titles that have German language. It's the pits when my 8 year old daughter watches Shrek and can watch it in Spanish and English sub titles, and not have an option for German. That's why I thought, there might be some place here in U.S. that has Hollywood movies, like Men In Black, Bloodwork, Signs, etc but as an alternate language, German.
