VTS IFO Doesn't Exist

Why does Ifoedit sometimes say VIDEO_TS_IFO Doesn't exist right before changing the navigation packs when stripping a movie? It is in there. It doesn't always do it, just once in a while. It also seems like the times it does do it the movie doesn't play right. Is that a bug? It's not the movie eiter, because when I go back and do it a 2nd time I don't get that error.
Another off-the point question, why does Ifoedit say version 0.94, but the downloaded zipped folder says it's version 0.95?

Oh, I think it may because I didn't rip the entire movie to my hard drive with dvd decryptor. I only ripped the movie. Oops.

I think its a bug. Let me guess, you install 0.95 over 0.94? I did and I got what you're experiencing. Read this threads.
