help with resolution and dvd2svcd

trying to convert The.Lord.of.the.Rings.The.Two.Towers.DVD.SCREENER-ViTE "XViD" have never had a problem ever with resolution when converting or encoding, and have encoded 100's to svcd, its coming out it seems normaly, plays fine on the computer, just when burned to disk its only in top left corner, frame size orginaly is 640x272 with 2.35:1 aspect ration, trying to use simple resize and adding resolution manualy that I want but it dosent seem to be working, alil help would be great, gonna retry when I get home from work, any help would be greatly appreciated, I recently came across abunch of xvid files that I want to reencode, but they dont seem to be working using dvd2svcd

It is against forum rules to help with copy written material that is not being made from a legal source to make a backup.
If you had a Divx with the same resolution that wasn't copy written we would help you, but as has been told to me from on high we do not help with this type of material.
