Can anyone tell me how you would get rid of the credits totally in GKnot? I would just like to cut them off. Anyone?

Thanks in advance for any help!;)

Just select where the credits should start.
And in the encoding options under the 'Trim' section. Select 'movie only'. That should do the trick.

First make sure that you select the frame where the credits start as you usually would.

Then after you pressed "Save & Encode" you'll see some trim options down to your left. Select "Movie only" there and everything should work fine.

Make sure the checkbox "recalculate bitrate" is checked.

and that's much better, because otherwise your filesize will not be correct.
audio is longer than the movie, size of what will be cut off is exactly what your filesize will be short.

Though cutting out leaders means a little fiddling with subtitle settings.
