Flip Mode

Recently I'd tried to encode some anime titles of mine into XviD from the DVDs. I used the guides off doom9 and everything worked great except that i can't seem to get the subtitles to work. I ripped them form the dvd several times using every subrip utility there is on doom9 and nothing semeed to work. Please let me know if i'm doing something wrong or if it's just not supported.
I used GordianKnot to rip the video and Oggmachine (BeSweet) and Oggmux for the audio. I put in two audio tracks, English and Japanese, both stereo. I was trying to use direct vobsub to play the subs so I don't have to burn them in.
