After splitting about a boy, i tried to make disc2 start by playing the movie instead of the menu. I did this by changing the precommand to jumpto titleset 1, title1, rootmenu, but it still plays the menu.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Doing that, you'll STILL have your main menu popping up. Do this command to jump to movie.
Pre Command (JumpTT) Jump to Title: 1 [30 02 00 00 00 01 00 00 ]

Could you send me the chapterxtractor file for about a bot. I accidentally erased the ifo file for this DVD and I need the chapters. I use DVD Maestro. Actually you could either e-mail the file or just post the information here and I can copy it.

I'm still fairly new to ifoedit. If you can specify where (file name, where within file) to get chapterextract, i can post it or mail it to u.

timewaster,
What Maine really needs is your main movie's IFO file,e.g. VTS_01_0.IFO. ChapterXtractor EXTRACTS the chapter info out of it.

maine: if you legally own the movie you shouldn't have any problems getting that IFO file again. If you don't, well, you're not supposed to have a copy of the movie. Furthermore, this is no request forum. You can ask for help for a dvd backup problem you're having, not for files.

Actually, I do own a copy of the movie, but it now has a huge crack through it because I ran it over with my computer chair. That is why I can not get another chapter file. Please do not make assumptions.

regardles, it's still not a request forum. And the devil's advocate in my only believes people I know really well. Paper is very patient, bits and bytes even more so...

Fair enough, I can understand that. Just thought someone would be nice enough to help me out.
