Normal. It's crap.
Check guides on the site, and you will find how to do working copy. (1:1 or Split).
Read, then ask in the good forum if you need more help.

Note: use very good DVD media. Some of the cheaper DVD 4.7 stuff out there is giving fits to being written to and reading properly on different set top dvd players. Maxell and TDK all work very good for me. Also I see that Ritek also work pretty good at different forums.

fibola, what version of DVDXCOPY are you using? I had problems with v1.3, where discs would be unplayable. They recently came out with an upgrade, v1.3.1, which allows you to use the Gear burning engine, instead of Nero. Now they work perfectly. Just my 2cents.
