how do i make one big disk into two 4.7's

i am a newbe and have read alot about this stuff. i am using decrypter and ifoedit and nero.

but i and still having problems with getting a full dvd ( such as Lord of the Ring, with all the extra stuff ) onto 2 dvd that are 4.7.

i know that i am close but the thing i have tryed just dont work and i am running out of blank disk.

any help would be great.
