Is there any software that can edit vob files without reencoding them? I have here some vob files which have some crap at the beginning. Bitrate Viewer says that the GOPs are all closed.
My aim is to cut some seconds/minutes, rounded to GOPS, from the beginning, and besides that, cutting the concerning ac3 by an amount of frames which matches apx. the video cuts.
before:

AAAAAAAAAAAAA|AAAAAAAAAAAAA|AAAAAAAAAAAAA|AAAAAAAAAAAAA|AA...
after:
IBBPBBPBB|IBBPBBPBB|IBBPBBPBB|IBBPBBPB...
AAAAAAAAAAAAA|AAAAAAAAAAAAA|AA...
btw: is it even possible to edit a vob in this way when all GOPs are closed?
