Maestro: chapters imported with errors

Hello world.
I've made more than 300 movies but now I've got a strange prob.
I'm authoring "40 days & 40 nights".
When I import the video file, the Video Timestamp Offset jumps from 00:00:00:00 to 01:00:00:00.
So, when I import the chapters, it imports ONLY the chapters after the 1st hour.
In order to have the right chapters I have to add 1 hour to every single chapter.
I've never encountered a prob like this... :confused:
Any suggestion?

Are you absolutely certain you set your starting timecode to all zeros in CCE before you began your encode?

the encoders is the same (CCE) and the template I use is always the same...
