AVI Editing software Help!

I recently used an AVI editor which had to be placed in the root directory of Nandub. The software was extremely fast and easy to use - you could just set your paramaters to cut avi by length or size. However my machine crashed recently and I have lost this software.

Does anyone know which one this is - I think it is something like avi splitter (but NOT the Brizsoft one).
