Screen Shot Capture?

what program can i use to capture a screen shot of a movie that im playing in wmp i tried hypersnap but cant get it to do it will take a screen shot and it works but when i go to save the file the pic is just a black screen?

If the clip can be loaded in VirtualDub you can use Video/Copy source frame to clipboard.
