Has Anyone Split We Were Soldiers

I HAVE TRIED TO SPLIT WE WERE SOLDIERS LIKE 10 TIMES NOW. AND I HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS. I HAVE ABOUT 50 RIPS AND BURNS UNDER MY BELT USING DVD DECRYPTER, IFOEDIT, AND RECORD NOW. ABOUT HALF OF THEM HAVE BEEN SPLITS, AND ANYTIME I HAVE TO SPLIT I BELIEVE IN KEEPING ALL THE EXTRAS SINCE I WILL B USING 2 DISCS ANYWAY. WE WERE SOLDIERS HAS BECOME MY PERSONAL CRUSADE AT THIS POINT. I DO EVERYTHING " BY THE BOOK" OR IN THIS CASE THE SPLITTING MANUAL, AND WHEN I TEST THE MOVIE WITH IFOEDITS DVD PLAY BUTTON IT NEVER WORKS. I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT EXACTLY THE ERRORS WERE AS I HAVE GIVEN UP ON THIS DISC ONCE AGAIN.
HAS ANYONE DONE THIS FLICK AND CAN GIVE ME POINTERS? 2COOL IF U SEE THIS POST YOUR HELP WOULD B GREATLY APPRECIATED, AS I HAVE SEEN MANY OF YOUR STEP BY STEP POSTS AND AM GREATLY IMPRESSED BY THEM.

What exactly is your problem ?

I split all my DVD-9s including We Were Soldiers and I keep everything... This way I can burn them to double sided discs and when I get to the middle of the movie I press the flip button on my remote to continue the movie... Sony Jukebox is a beautiful thing...

I had no issue with We Were Soldiers... In the past I have had issues with movies causing me problems in IfoEdit or even Ripping (DVDDecryptor)... I got a different copy of the original DVD and problems went away... I had issues with one copy of Liar Liar, Phenomenon and another I can't recall...

I rented another copy from the video store of those same movies and they ripped and split just fine...

Not saying this is your problem, but I do believe data corruption on store bought discs does exist...
