Try this
All credit goes to FRAMERMAN for this as he advised me with the same problem in phantom menace.
This was his reply to me(notice SHREK in his reply)
I strip angles out in dvd decrypter, the very first thing I do. I have had no problems with it this way. I believe AOTC and Shrek were this way. I'm not sure if ifoedit does it. I know there's a checkbox with it, but dvd decrypter is simple. The angles are usually in the beginning of the movie, where there is some wording. The angles switch back and forth between english, french, and spanish

But doitfast4u use dvddecrytor to rip the angles.

You may also have to do this courtesy of EYES ONLY in response to a similiar question-
When doing multiangle, You have to check Restrict auto I frame insertion and Close all GOPs. See http://www.doom9.org/mpg/cce-extras.htm Step 2. It's documented right there in the guide
hope that helps some more.
Note.I don't know if dvddecrypter would automatically deal with angles may need to be a manual entry for this.

Eyes was referencing what needs to be done to recreate the multiple angles. When it comes to different languages that are embedded in the video, doing the ripping as was mentioned (leaving these angles out) is fine. However, if you're recreating multiple angles, you need to do the encoding and authoring correctly as was mentioned in the other post.
