Can't capture fullscreen video

I have a Asus Geforce 3 TI500 Deluxe that I use for capturing video at 720x480 in virtualdub. My problem comes when I try to capture fullscreen programs (4:3) because when I try that I don't get picture from the bottom of the tv. The last 3-5% is not captured from fullscreen programs. Anyone knows what I can do about this ?

My tv system is PAL.

dont know if this solve your problem, but if your tv system is pal you should capture 576 lines, not 480.

Yes I believe you are right but I can seem to change to that in virtualdub. Perhaps my card doesn't support 576 lines :-(

You have to set the tv standart of the tv-out to pal, too. To capture the full picture, you have to enable underscan (or disable overscan).
