Multiple IFO (Band Of Brothers Bonus Disc)

First off, I apologize if I'm asking a questions that has already been answered. I honestly checked all the guides and searched the forums thoroughly (what else am I gonna do for the 5 days I had to wait?)

I'm trying to take as many parts of the Band Of Brothers Bonus Disc that I can possibly fit on one DVD-R, without the menus. Where I'm having trouble is how I manage to get multiple IFO files onto the same disc. For example, I'd like to put the 'Making Of' segment on there, and then have the 'Diary' segment follow it (without the menus). I've tried several things, but everything I've tried has overwritten the previous VOBs that were created. I'm sure the answer to this question lies somewhere in this forum, but I'm thinking that I was probably just using the wrong search terms.

I appreciate any assistance.

You will find this task difficult unless you completely break down the VOB's into separate ID's, then reassemble them. Reason being, the video diary, for instance, is out of order. It goes something like chapters 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,12,10,11

There are a few other quirtks. You could easily break down the VOBs into separate ID's, assemble all the ones that will fit in order, rejoin them, then have IFOEdit build you new IFO's, if that is what you want to do without reconstructing the disk...

Just an idea....

This film is a mix of NTSC, HI-dv, some interlaced, some not. I resampled and reconstructed it, got everything to fit on one disk.

i'M DOING THIS SET TO, BUT I'M DOING IT A LITTLE DIFFERENT, i'M RIPPING BY CHAPTER AND SIZE, SO I CAN GET JUST THE CHAPTERS, NO CREDITS BEFORE OR AFTER, I MERGE THE VOB'S AND MAKE THEM ONE MOVIE.SO FAR I HAVE 3 DISKS DONE, DISK ONE IS ALL OF PART ONE,AND PART TWO CHAPTERS 1-4 AND HALF OF 5. DISK 2 IS THE REST OF PART 2, PART 3,AND HALF OF CHAPTER 1 FOR PART 4. I HAVN'T FIGURED OUT HOW MANY DISKS IT'S GOING TO BE TOTAL. BUT THE BEGINING AND ENDING CREDITS ARE ABOUT 250MB PER TITLE, SO CUTTING THEM WILL ADD UP TO ABOUT 2.5GB, I'M HOPING IT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN EXTRA DISK. IF THERE ARE A FEW SHORT TITLES MAYBE EVEN TWO.

I ALSO DID THIS WITH THE BACK TO THE FUTURE TRILOGY SET, I ENDED UP WITH 4 DISKS, THE LAST ONE ONE HAD ABOUT 800MB SO I ADD THE TWO MUSIC VIDEOS.IT ALL PLAYS LIKE ONE MOVIE.
