I need some help with an audio problem.
I have an ATI ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 9700 PRO.
I record TV programs at DVD quality (which by the way is pretty good) then I convert to divx for a smaller file, to burn on a cdr
The problem I have is the audio. How would you extract the audio?
I used (DVD2AVI) to make a project file then Gordian knot for the video but dvd2avi extracts the audio as an MPA file, I’m not sure how to convert that to mp3

You could always play the mpa file using Winamp and get winamp to write to a WAV file which you can convert into an mp3. On the other hand I usually use OggMachine + Besweet to convert the mpa into an ogg directly .
Unless I wish to do some editing on the WAV...
