I'm sorry but the only time I report something is when A. I have a solution or B. I have trouble.
This time it's B. and yes I checked the forum and way more forums.

I use the latest version of DVD2SVCD and it works fine with: DVD's and XVID files....but not with Divx files...to be exact it didn't convert any Divx ever i VBR mode that is.
I use CCE (2.5 SP)as the encoder in the VBR 3-pass mode..the first pass goes perfect but after that I get the following error:

cce encoding failed: Error: Video check-sum is different from that of previous pass.
Source video data or time code may be different
please check video tape or the information file.

information
Current: checksum = 00650dc2
Previous: checksum = 007ffba3

I've scratched my head more than one time on this one, hopefully someone out there has a solution or maybe an explanation.
Thanks in advance.
Jeroen de Vries.

There is a CRC patcher for CCE 2.5. I don't believe it's a crack, it just fixes the exact problem you have. Just search the web for "CCE CRC patcher" or something along those lines.

Or you can try a later version of CCE.
