DivX still being developed?

Hi does anybody know anything about divx networks having innovations in the pipeline? If not they will have a hard time to persist in the face of the increasing number of serious competitors.

I think Doom9 made some comment regarding DivX 6 some weeks ago, but I don't remember exactly what was said. I'll see if I can dig the thread up.
