I can not back up the dvd Blade, when I come to bring the mv2 and ac3 files into Spruce, the message PARSING ERROR comes up. In the help section of Spruce it sayes this is Non DVD compliant file or invalid media. Please can you help, all my other backups go ok. Thanks
